The Grind
For those ready to ramp up the heat with constant control and tension.
- Watch 8 videos with slow to moderate continuous stimulation
- 3 minutes minimum per video with no pausing or relief
- 30-second break between videos; touching is allowed only during breaks, but no direct stimulation
- Must edge at least 3 times per video, alternating between slow and fast rhythms
- Penalty: If you lose control, restart the entire challenge with one additional video
